- Guest: refers to a user who books a property listed on Tukeja.
2. General Use
a. Eligibility: Users must be at least 18 years old to access and use Tukeja. By using the platform, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age.
b. Account Creation: To access certain features of Tukeja, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information during the registration process and maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
c. User Obligations: Users agree to use Tukeja solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. You shall not engage in any fraudulent, misleading, or harmful activities that may compromise the integrity of the platform or the experience of other users.
3. Booking and Rental Terms
a. Property Listings: Hosts are responsible for accurately and truthfully representing their properties on Tukeja. This includes providing accurate descriptions, pricing, availability, and property amenities.
b. Booking Process: Guests may book properties listed on Tukeja based on availability and the terms specified by the respective host. By making a booking, guests agree to comply with the host’s rental terms and any additional house rules communicated by the host.
c. Payment: Tukeja may facilitate payments between guests and hosts. Guests agree to pay the total amount specified during the booking process, which includes the rental fee and any applicable taxes or fees. Hosts acknowledge that Tukeja may deduct service fees or commissions from the rental amount.
d. Cancellations and Refunds: Hosts and guests should review and understand the cancellation and refund policies set by Tukeja. These policies govern the circumstances under which cancellations and refunds may be requested and granted.
4. Liability and Disputes
a. Limitation of Liability: Tukeja strives to provide accurate information and a reliable platform, but we cannot guarantee the accuracy, availability, or quality of listed properties or user interactions. Tukeja shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform.
b. Disputes between Users: Users are solely responsible for resolving any disputes that may arise between hosts and guests. Tukeja encourages open communication and recommends users to address concerns and conflicts
5. Intellectual Property
a. Ownership: Tukeja retains all rights, title, and interest in the platform, including its content, design, logos, trademarks, and other intellectual property. Users shall not reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the platform without prior written consent from Tukeja.
6. Modification and Termination
a. Tukeja reserves the right to modify or discontinue any aspect of the platform, including these Terms and Conditions, at any time without prior notice.
b. Users may terminate their account by following the instructions provided on the Tukeja platform. Tukeja reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user’s account if they violate these Terms and Conditions or engage in any unauthorized or harmful activities.
